Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Heasty Enjoy Family Reunion

Mr. and M. Heasty of Wyoming were hosts Sunday at a family picnic near the Wapsia river bridge, five miles south of Wyoming, honoring their guests, Mr. and Mrs. H-. W. Applegate, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Applegate, their son John and daughter Helen Mae and Tommy Vaughn of Horton, Kansas. Those attending were; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Heasty and their son Wilbur of Marshalltown; Mr. and Mrs. L. L Fishwild and their sons Bruce, Kent and Oscar Lee of Clinton; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Heasty and their daughters Jean and Mariam of Maquoketa; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Chatterton and their son Boyd and daughters Twila Rue and Barbara of Onslow; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Heasty, their sons Robert and Donald and daughter Hazel, and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Storm and John Heasty all of Wyoming.

Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Applegate are natives of the Monticello neighborhood near Eby's Mill, but have been residents of Kansas for the past 27 years. A number of their former acquaintances now living near Monticello are calling on them at the Heasty home.
